Juana of Arc is the second work by the Chilean Theater Company, based on the fable of Joan of Arc. Through her figure, the Company revisits a particular historical event with the aim of bringing into play the power of interpretation on our notion of history and reality.

The production proposes a review of the most important milestones in the saint's biography—those that transformed her into the mythical figure she is today—necessarily delving into her context and the circles of power that surrounded her.
In this way, the work has been done by interweaving official history with the contemporary and subjective perspective of both the actor and the group.

The action takes place in France, 1920, when five children reconstruct the story of Joan of Arc, driven by the nationalist spirit that arose at the end of the First World War and the news of her imminent canonization.
The actors will then narrate the fable of the Maid of Orleans through the eyes of these children, taking Joan from her small family circle to a court that brings together the most powerful men in her country, passing through the battlefield and the disintegrated Court of France.
